"My dad has had his policy with Jessica for a couple years now, he called to ask her a question on why his policy rate went up, Jessica responded with “because the policy renewed” and then hung up on him. Nope, don’t do business with her. I’m currently shopping around to get him out of State Farm and away from Jessica. Just plain rude!!! Do better, Jessica."

"I needed to up my personal liability on my policy to comply with my new apartment complex’s regulations, and the Statefarm team made the process so easy. I sent an email and my rep, Halie, got back to me within the day and set up a call shortly thereafter.
